A runaway trolley is speeding through the rail tracks. On the tracks are five people unable to be moved. You are next to an lever. It will switch tracks if you pull the lever. The trolley will show that there are some people who have walked on the other track.
Five people get killed while you observe the unfolding drama. Pick the lever and only one person gets killed – but by you.
